Acne Pill Side Effects -
Herbal Acne Pills
Using acne pills may not be without any consequences or side effects. Hence, it
is always suggested to cooperate closely with a dermatologist when using any
medication. This will help a person avoid any harmful effects that may even
aggravate his skin condition.
The side effects are usually obtained from stronger chemical drugs and not
from medications formulated from natural and organic substances. Some of these
stronger pills with harmful effects are akamin, roaccutane, and even the
contraceptive pills--when taken to cure acne. Roaccutane has caused others to
have weaker immune system, sensitive and dry skin, and hair fall. Some drugs may
also caused allergic reactions leading to irritation and itchiness. Meanwhile,
when contraceptive pills are used as medications for pimples, they may trigger
blood clots, heart attacks, hypertension, and stroke.
The naturally-formulated pimple pills have minimal or no side effects at all.
Take for instance Acnezine. There have been some isolated cases when a patient
experienced dryness of lips after taking Acnezine. Nevertheless, this is always
easily remedied through lip balm application. So far, no other side effects have
been linked to Acnezine aside from lip's dryness.
The drawback, however, with medications that contain natural ingredients is that
they may be 50% less effective than the other prescription and stronger acne
pills. Also, it may take a longer time before their healing effects can be
visible. Nevertheless, many people prefer the natural medications because they
are proven to be more beneficial and safer in the long run
